Kirby's Personal Training

One to one Personal Training and Small Group Training from Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness Port Talbot.  All Personal Training includes, nutritional advice from Precision Nutrition qualified coaches, programmes to do outside of sessions, and 24hr email access to Krissie. FMS is available to all 1:1 PT students as standard. SGT students can request the FMS screen for a nominal extra cost.

PT Studio Kirby's

Kirby’s Personal Training Studio is a designated private training facility for students of Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness and home of Port Talbot Kettlebell Club. StrongFirst Certified Instructors.

Kettlebell Classes

Port Talbot Kettlebell Club is the home of the only Strong First Qualified Kettlebell Instructor in the South Wales area. We deliver the Gold Standard in Kettlebell Instruction.   Beginners will be required to attend a beginner course, details for which will be added to the PTKBC page as details are confirmed.

Krissie is a fitness professional who enjoys motivating and aiding others in their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Krissie firmly believes in using fitness to improve mobility and movement in her students, and that freedom of movement, a foundation of strength and an understanding of good health practices will liberate the person from the stresses of modern life, helping students embrace a new found confidence and happiness.

Krissie is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, SFG1 StrongFirst Kettlebell and group exercise instructor, and a student of Krav Maga. Krissie is a registered First Aider, holds full public liability and professional indemnity and attends regular courses to ensure that she is up to date with the latest thinking in the industry.
