Hi, I’m Krissie and I’m a Personal Trainer.

I recently closed my studio to go back to the 9-5 grind but I am still a fully qualified PT, still qualified in Precision Nutrition and still the only fully qualify FMS instructor in the Swansea area.

Now this website will become my personal blog and hopefully will give you some ideas and professional tips to help you on your own journey.

When I became a full time PT, my mission was simple:

It’s our mission to inspire and rekindle a love of movement through embracing a healthy lifestyle, enabling people to realise their full potential in a fun and motivating community environment. 

That mission hasn’t changed, but life has a funny way of throwing you curve balls when you least expect and so I returned to the daily grind, but please feel free to ask questions. I remain a member of the StrongFirst community, and will be keeping my skills set up to standard.  It’s an hour to be part of this community and they’ve been a tower of strength.

 

Krissie is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, SFG1 StrongFirst Kettlebell and group exercise instructor, and a student of Krav Maga. Krissie is a registered First Aider, holds full public liability and professional indemnity and attends regular courses to ensure that she is up to date with the latest thinking in the industry.
