Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness is a personal training company that focuses on enabling our clients to move better, find joy in moving more and achieve their goals whether that be losing fat, increasing strength or helping improve posture and relieving aches and pains. We are proud to be StrongFirst qualified instructors, and also use Functional Movement ScreeningPrecision Nutrition coaching and other methodologies to enable to give our clients the best possible experience of personal training that we can offer.

My promise to you: I will not sell you unnecessary supplements/meal replacement shakes/diet pills/fad diets. I will not tell you that fat/weight loss is easy or that you will attain your dream body in 21 days (I can only kick start your regimen in that time). I will not say that you CANNOT do this.

I will promise you that I will be with you every step of the way. I will give you all the tools and advice you need to make effective change and to improve your overall fitness as well help you achieve any strength/endurance goals you wish to set yourself;

I will help you find the track when you lose your way (because you will). I will help you learn what your body needs to function at it’s best, I will give you ideas and methods that are practical and can be added into your daily routine. I promise that I will do my best to help you be your best, but there is only one person who will ever be able to make that happen. And that’s YOU! If you want it, let no one stop you (that includes yourself). Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness will help you to show you that you CAN do it.

One to One and Small Group Training is available.

Sessions are held at Kirby’s Personal Training Studio, a private facility booked completely to your sessions so that you fell less intimidated in your training. We are able to offer 3, 6 and even 12 month packages, with 1- 4 training sessions per week, homework where necessary and full nutritional support depending on your goal and budget. All one to one personal training comes with FMS screen and Precision Nutrition Coaching as standard. Each person has different requirements so we will guide you as best we can when choosing your package, but the choice is ultimately yours.

Sessions are booked weekly, so that flexibility around your, and our, schedule is maintained. We appreciate that life happens so we will help as best we can to accommodate changes in your schedule.
