Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness Port Talbot offer a range of training programmes at our designated Personal Training Studio in Baglan, Port Talbot, depending on what your goals are and how you prefer to train.

Our Mission is to inspire and rekindle a love of good movement through embracing a healthy lifestyle, helping people realise their full fitness potential in a fun and motivating environment and community.

We offer one to one Personal and Small Group Training programmes.  All one to one personal training comes complete with full nutritional advice from Precision Nutrition qualified instructors, Functional Movement Screening, and unlimited email support. Small Group Training comes with Precision Nutrition coaching, and full email support – FMS screens are done on request and incur and extra fee.  Contact us now and let us see if we can help you achieve your goals.

We also offer online training for those who wish to train with Krissie, but are unable to attend the studio in person.

Whatever your fitness goals, we at Kirby’s Personal Training and Fitness, Port Talbot, have the training programmes for you. Krissie is a Level 3  Personal Trainer, Pole Instructor, and is a Certified StrongFirst hardstyle kettlebell instructor, currently the only one in Wales.  Krissie is also a student of Krav Maga (Reality Based Self Defence).
